Question about "Early Contract" from North Carolina Public Schools?
This agreement entered into between the Wake County Board of Education, School Administrative Unit and My Name who now holds, or is entitled to hold, a North Carolina Certificate in k-8 Math (Middle School), License No. ____, now in force, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the school law applicable thereto, which are hereby made a part of this contract. Witnesseth That said licensed person, having been duty elected to preform professional services in the public schools of said school administrative unit, subject to any specific conditions set forth below, agrees to discharge faithfully all the duties imposed on such persons by the Laws of North Carolina and by the rules and regulations of the coard of education of said school administrative unit. This contract is for the 2008-2009 school year. That in, consideration of this agreement, said board of education promises to pay the above named person for services rendered during the life of this contract. and it then goes on further, but my question is...They had me sign this, and i did, and I want the job of course, but I still dont have a job, its within the school district...does this contract say I will for sure have a job?? please help....10 points for the best!!

The part of the contract as stated above does not state specifically that you have a job as far as I can see./
