Is it against Wake County Public School Rules or any other rules?
Right when me and my friend walked in to health class my health teacher told us that we had to put our purses on his desk. My friend did but i didn't. I started to take stuff out of my purse and put it in my pockets but he yelled at me. I put it all back but the mirror. I started to cry and held to my purse tightly since after all it was 140$ and he threatened to call my mom! I just cried and stuck it on his desk!! So please find out if there are any rules against what he did oh and he gave our purses back at the end of class. It is a wake county public school in north carolina if that changes anything!!

That sounds like it's against the law. He doesn't have any legal right to hold your personal property against your will. Did he make the guys empty their pockets & put everything on his desk too ?

nope. no rule against that. in fact, after he told you to put them on his desk, when you started putting stuff into your pockets. i would have become suspicious and possibly sent you to the office to search what was in your purse/pockets. if nothing was found, you were blatantly disobedient and should be punished accordingly.
